i've seen these stories before, but this one seems just a touch more serious & immediate than others over the years.

just skimming it has me a little edgy.

Hi,
Yeah, it's pretty intense. Papi explained that most of the televised news in the states, purposefully omits this sort of information. When I see something like CNN where newscasters talk about totalitarian regimes elsewhere, it's hard because everyone knows what's happening in the US under cover of night. There's a giant bear trap, the kind with the jagged jaws? It's kind of straining, reading to snap shut. It just hasn't quite done so yet. But when it does, I fear that we will all suffer, whether we live in the US or not.

right. i've been told by several folks that the international equivalents of cnn & such report on all kinds of things that we don't see...

i'm also antsy over the economy. it took almost $25 to fill up my approx. 8 gallon tank-car. wtf?
